Our apps are available exclusively on the iOS App Store. Search for "Bitsy Apps" or the specific app name like "A Knights Errand" to find and download our games.

Our apps are designed for iOS devices running iOS 15.0 or later. This includes iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch models that support this iOS version.

Game progress is typically saved locally on your device or through iCloud if enabled. Make sure you're signed into the same Apple ID and have iCloud backup enabled. Contact us if you need further assistance.
